The “theory of mind” is very cool stuff. Reading fiction forces us to practice putting ourselves in other characters’/people’s heads, which reinforces a talent at which men tend to lag behind women. Hmmm…can we get consumers to think like a brand? Or should we get a brand to think like a consumer?
